2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our pharmaceutical services, you must meet certain eligibility requirements and complete the registration process.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Prescription Requirements

All prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. The following process applies:

1. Submit your prescription through our secure upload portal or have your doctor send it directly
2. Our licensed pharmacists will verify the prescription's authenticity and appropriateness
3. We may contact your healthcare provider to confirm details or clarify instructions
4. Once approved, your medication will be dispensed and shipped according to your preferences

We comply with all federal and state regulations regarding prescription medications. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to other individuals and must be used only by the person for whom they were prescribed.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Attempting to purchase medications without a valid prescription
• Providing false or misleading information to healthcare providers or pharmacists
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing medications to other individuals
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise our platform's security
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without authorization

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSB Pharmaceuticals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. 6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
