The process eases inflammation, ulceration, and swelling in the rectum and colon.

Treatment time in adults for ulcerative colitis is up to 8 to 12 weeks, while that for children in the age group 5 to 17 is up to 8 weeks. What are the Balsalazide benefits?

The benefits of Balsalazide include local relief from symptoms in the colon and rectum, elimination of oxidative stress, reduced side effects, lower risk of relapse, faster relief, and better remission rates, and others.

What is the Balsalazide dosage and administration?

You need to take a capsule or tablet, be it in any of these forms, orally with water. If you find it difficult to swallow a capsule, you may open it and ingest.

What are the Balsalazide side effects?
